We provide customized manufacturing services, including private label product identification and delivery.  Early involvement in the product development allows MFL to provide pre-production cost savings and an efficiency analysis to help meet the customer’s demands while minimizing cost.



 

Contract Manufacturing & Specialty Assembly Service

MFL provides contract manufacturing and assembly services for specialty fiber component assemblies. We recognize the growing market for custom and project specific assemblies; therefore, we manufacture specialty multi fiber assemblies to meet the highest specifications:

  • Multi fiber transition body assemblage and epoxy potting
  • Specified leg lengths with tolerances as low as 5 mm
  • Legacy connector types such as biconics and D4
  • Indoor/Outdoor drop cables with custom pull connectors
  • Wireless communication hybrid cables
